I recently asked for extra help with a shipping problem I had and she really helped me out, above and beyond. The others are super nice too. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Rude and cranky personal. The two asian ladies both were rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. I needed to refuse a package. They didn't take it and said I have to go to Carmel Valley!
